These Terms and Conditions apply to the Inner Pulse mobile app, created by Denys Prymachenko and offered as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using Inner Pulse, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app. You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of the app or its content. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to Inner Pulse remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may update the app, change features, or introduce charges for certain services in the future. If charges are introduced, they will be clearly communicated.

If the app stores or processes personal data you provide, that data is used to deliver the service. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and controlling access to the app. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may reduce security and can cause the app to stop working properly.

Some parts of Inner Pulse may require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the app does not work fully because Wi-Fi is unavailable or your mobile data has run out.

If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's terms still apply, including any data or roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, it is assumed that you have permission to use it.

You are also responsible for keeping your device charged and usable. The Service Provider is not liable if you cannot access the app because your device is unavailable.

While the Service Provider works to keep Inner Pulse accurate and up to date, some information may depend on third parties. The Service Provider is not liable for direct or indirect losses that result from relying entirely on the app.

The app may be updated or discontinued at any time. If support for the app ends, the rights granted to you under these terms also end, and you must stop using the app and remove it from your device if needed.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. If that happens, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Inner Pulse means you accept those changes.
